The main markets are Canada (approximately 900,000 tourists), Russia (over 180,000), as well as Spain and Germany. Havana authorities stated that they expect to reach 4 million tourists by the end of the year, a post-pandemic record. To support this growth, new flights are being launched: Air Canada has increased the frequency of flights to Varadero, and Russia's Aeroflot has added flights to Havana.
